A trading-signals companion app for iOS — buy / sell / hold cues from 30+ technical indicators, multi-pane financial charts (candlestick + Bollinger Bands + Volume + RSI + MACD), portfolios with holdings, EDGAR / SEC data, and educational content.

What's in the app

• Signals — consensus buy/sell/hold output computed client-side from 30+ technical indicators on real OHLCV data.
• Multi-pane charts — 4-pane stacked view (price + volume + RSI + MACD) with shared trackball and 6-button period selector (1D / 1W / 1M / 3M / 6M / 1Y).
• Portfolios + holdings — track tickers, share counts, cost basis. Computed P&L using current quotes.
• EDGAR / SEC data — filings, insider trades, institutional holdings pulled from sec.gov directly.
• Educational content — written explainers for each indicator and trading strategy used by the app.

Beta caveats (read this)

This is an honest beta, not a polished v1.0. While testing:

• Single-tenant backend. All testers share the same backend instance — your portfolios are visible to other testers, and you'll see theirs. This is intentional for the beta and lets us iterate fast; the multi-tenant rewrite is a separate planned arc.
• No SLA. The backend runs on a single droplet that may go down for maintenance.
• Data may reset. Between major beta builds we may wipe the backend. Don't rely on it for anything you can't re-enter.
• Not financial advice. TradeCompass is educational and informational. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
